The house was absolutely wonderful. Spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very thoughtfully equipped. We especially loved the large deck, peaceful surroundings, and the Blackstone grill. What happens next
Firm cancellation policy
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund. After the first 24 hours, cancellations made at least 8 days before check-in receive a 50% refund—including cancellations 14 or more days out and those 8–13 days out. Cancellations made within the final 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

How does the gate permit work?
Pine Mountain Lake requires advance guest registration. A $50 guest permit per car, valid for seven days, is paid at the gate when you arrive.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
Yes. The garage has a Level 2 Wallbox charger. Bring the Tesla or J1772 adapter that matches your vehicle.
What are the house rules?
No smoking. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. A completed registration form is required before arrival.
What is the firm cancellation policy?
full refund when cancellation occurs within 24 hours; 50% refund when it's 14+ days out; 50% refund when cancellation is less than 14 days before check-in; no refund during the final 7 days.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for each booking. It is paid together with the stay total through Stripe after you submit your booking request, then refunded after checkout. Payment alone does not confirm availability; the host will verify your dates and email your confirmation.
Can I request early check-in or late checkout?
When the schedule allows, yes. Ask the host the day before so availability can be confirmed.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes. Add the number of dogs to your request. The estimate includes the $150 per-pet fee; final approval and quote come from the host.

Guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owner, host, and affiliated parties from any claims arising from their stay, to the fullest extent permitted under California law.
